Our Office welcomes many types of dental insurances; we are ONLY in network with Delta Dental plans. Our Administrative team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have concerning your insurance plan. Payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept all forms of payment cash, check, and all major credit cards.
