APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

We know your time is important. At our office, you can expect to be seen at your appointed time, although on occasion something unforeseen may come up. If we can't see you right at your appointed time we will let you know and give you the option to reschedule.

We always allow enough time to be sure that you receive the finest quality dentistry and service. We do not over-book. The time we save for you is just for you. Therefore, if you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so that we may offer your appointment time to someone else.

HIGH TECH EQUIPMENT

Diagnostic Laser - This laser helps to measure decay (cavities) precisely. It helps us make better decisions about whether a tooth is in need of repair, especially in grooves and ridges, and how large the restoration will need to be.

Intra-Oral Camera - Now you can see exactly what is going on in your mouth as we see it. With solid information about your teeth and gums, you can make wise decisions about your oral health and plan your treatments with us to your best advantage.

Computerized Cosmetic Imaging - See what you'll look like with a great new smile BEFORE you make the decision! We love to help people gain confidence, beauty and comfort by creating and caring for great smiles. With computerized imaging, you can have a 'sneak preview' of what you will look like with a great new smile before you make the decision to move ahead.

In-Office Bleaching System - This is a special bleaching process that brightens your smile in one appointment. More convenient and much faster than take-home bleaching methods, in-office bleaching can have your smile ready for a party tonight or an important interview tomorrow!

COMFORT

Your comfort is our highest priority. We will do everything possible to make your visits pleasant and comfortable. With TVs, nitrous oxide, radio headsets and blankets available for your use, we'll keep you comfortable throughout your visit.

ABOUT OUR FEES

If quality dental care is your primary concern, you will be satisfied with the value you receive in our office. Our fees are based on our knowledge, skill, and service. You will find them consistent and reasonable.

We make every effort to be sure you know the cost of services before treatment. We do everything possible to see that surprises are avoided. Feel free to ask any of us about costs and payment options. We are available during your visit, by phone or e-mail at any time.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

We help you get the most you from your insurance benefits.

Like medical insurance, your benefits are determined by the arrangements your employer makes with an insurance company, not your doctor or dentist. However, unlike medical insurance, dental 'insurance' is actually a subsidy - it is meant to help you pay for the cost of your dental care, not to protect you in the event of disaster. Insurance benefits vary greatly from one policy to another. Almost all dental plans cover some portion of your dental costs. We will work with you to get you the maximum benefits allowed. It will be your responsibility to pay any amount not covered by your insurance. We make it easier by offering payment options.

We believe that all of our patients - with or without insurance - deserve the highest quality of care available and we always share ALL of your treatment options with you, not just what your insurance company prefers to cover. The final choice will be yours---not an insurance company's. Even if your insurance company has a list of preferred providers you should know that you are not required to go a dentist on that list. You may still come to us if you choose and we will help you get the most insurance benefits that we can.
